Microplastics
Our longest-running program. We track the exposure literature, publish a quarterly reading digest, and formulate around binders and fibre inputs that our customers ask about most.
New York, NY · Est. 2021
PTX Labs develops supplements and publishes plain-language resources on environmental exposure. Our active programs focus on two areas people ask us about most: microplastics and immune system support.
Third-party tested · Manufactured in cGMP-registered US facilities · Batch documents published
Why this matters
Figures below are drawn from peer-reviewed literature and public agency reporting. They describe the environment we all live in — they are not claims about any product.
Plastic produced globally in a single year
OECD, Global Plastics Outlook (2022)Share of all plastic waste ever successfully recycled
OECD, Global Plastics Outlook (2022)Plastic fragments detected per litre of bottled water; roughly 90% nanoplastics
Qian et al., PNAS (2024)Healthy adult blood donors with quantifiable plastic particles
Leslie et al., Environment International (2022)What we do
We are a small team. We would rather run two programs properly than ten loosely.
Our longest-running program. We track the exposure literature, publish a quarterly reading digest, and formulate around binders and fibre inputs that our customers ask about most.
Foundational nutrients — vitamin D3, zinc, selenium and mushroom extracts — at transparent doses, alongside resources on what the research does and does not currently show.
Every batch goes to an independent ISO 17025 laboratory for identity, potency and contaminant screening. Certificates of analysis are published by lot number, not on request.
Our standard
The supplement category has a credibility problem, and most of it is self-inflicted. We took the opposite approach: publish the boring paperwork, describe ingredients by what they are rather than by what they promise, and let people draw their own conclusions.
Resources
Our research library summarises what published work currently reports on environmental exposure and immune health, with sources you can check yourself.
